With extensive experience in strategic leadership and audience engagement within cultural and heritage organisations, having worked for over 18 years in visitor services roles in the sector, including the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, Birmingham Conservation Trust and Historic Royal Palaces. Currently Head of Visitor Experience at the National Portrait Gallery, with responsibility for the overall leadership and strategic planning of the Gallery's audience experience at every touchpoint.
