Previously known as the Geffrye Museum, the Museum of the Home in east London reopened in 2021 after refurbishment. The goal of the overhaul was to revisit its role and to transform the museum into a lively and welcoming place for its neighbourhood, inviting visitors to experience home in new ways and to rethink the ways we live together. Sonia Solicari, director, will explain her vision of the social mission of the museum.
