Given the need for societal transformation, culture sites are facing major challenges in terms of know-how and resources. Thus, drawing on new skills from outside the cultural world and working with other sectors has become more important than ever. These two conferences aim at looking at how venues can transition to a more sustainable model by dialoguing with communities, working with volunteers in a deeper way, developing skills-based sponsorship and working with the healthcare sector.
