The Fondation de l’Hermitage recently started using our unified commerce solution for their online sales, on-site sales, and boutique. Smeetz switched from a single ticketing and dynamic pricing solution to a unified commerce solution, by building a Point-of-Sale which can be used for selling merchandising, retail, F&B, in addition to tickets. The main objectives are to bridge online and on-site sales to better track the whole customer journey, and thus enhance the sales and communication strategies. The Fondation de l’Hermitage helped us create this feature by collaborating with us. They were the first to test it, and to recommend changes/ improvements to perfect it.
