the healing power of art:

Although culture has resonated with the medical-social sector for many years, its therapeutic function in psychic health is being deployed on increasingly larger scales and in new forms.

Art is called upon to become more and more a space where “to heal through art the wounds of the soul” (Adeline Rispal, 2018). Architecture, neuroscience, psychology, gerontology, arts, mediation, etc. are pooling their knowledge and experience to co-construct “spaces of care” (Hamish Robertson, 2015).

This conference will address the diversity of forms in which this approach can be embodied with various audiences in fragile situations: children, adolescents, families, the elderly.
