"Immersia - Along the Water, the Light" revitalizes religious heritage through a light projection show
Immersia and Fever collaborated to create "Along the Water, the Light", an immersive show at Notre Dame de Bon Port church in Nantes that revitalizes religious heritage through sound and light projections.
This project transforms these historic sites into unique artistic spaces, offering the public an unprecedented sensory experience.
The goal is to enhance the architecture of the churches with visual projections and sound compositions, while creating a captivating atmosphere that goes beyond their religious function.
Through video mapping and sound design, Immersia presents a 45-minute narrative triptych, a metaphor for an Odyssey at sea, which takes spectators on an inner journey. This collaboration between Immersia and Fever breathes new life into the churches, giving them a new cultural dimension that is more accessible, while showcasing religious heritage to a wide audience.
