From Corn to Numbers: Improving Visitor Attendance Management with Qweekle and Pop-Corn Labyrinth.
Qweekle BI, a platform dedicated to reporting data from ticketing systems, collaborated with Pop-Corn Labyrinthe to optimize their visitor management. Together, they defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to better monitor operations and analyze customer data.
With the support of a Business Intelligence consultant, user-friendly dashboards and charts were developed. The reporting system, which connects in real time to Qweekle’s ticketing data, also integrates external APIs such as Météo France and the National Education database.
This system enables Pop-Corn Labyrinthe to better anticipate visitor attendance based on weather conditions and school holiday schedules, thereby optimizing resource allocation.
This fruitful collaboration between Qweekle and Pop-Corn Labyrinthe, initiated in 2016, reflects a shared commitment to placing the customer at the heart of their project.
