INTRODUCTION

Founded in 864, the Monnaie de Paris is the oldest of French institutions. Producer of all the historical coins of the French, the Monnaie de Paris produces art products "made in France" by its craftsmen in the last factory in the capital : collector coins in gold and silver, art fonts, jewelry, civilian and military decorations and medals. Member of the Colbert Committee, the Monnaie de Paris has also received the "Joaillerie de France" and the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" label.
