The support and promotion of The Cosquer cave in collaboration with Sycomore

Description
Since the opening of The Cosquer cave in June 2022, Sycomore has supported the project by developing a personalized audioguide, the Medallion. This compact, ergonomic device, equipped with spatial sound technology, immerses each visitor in the prehistoric soundscape. Equipped with the Medallion which provides an audio commentary, visitors explore a replica of the cave at the Villa Méditerranée, aboard automated exploratory vehicles for an immersive 40-minute tour. In addition, Sycomore collaborated with Vox City to offer online tourist packages combining the cave visit with a tour of Marseille. This initiative aims to attract an international audience while promoting The Cosquer cave and the city. This partnership demonstrates how cultural players can collaborate to expand the reach and reputation of cultural venues.
