In 2019, the "Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife" approached Tickamore France to enhance access security to the site while ensuring a smooth flow for visitors. The goal was to develop an innovative access control solution that combined security and visitor identification.
Tickamore collaborated with the Alhambra for several months to create a system based on identity document scanning technology and QR code reading for entry tickets. This fast and reliable access control system ensures precise visitor identification, providing both security and optimal flow management. Implemented at the end of 2019, the system has been operational since mid-2020 and has fully met expectations in terms of security and smooth access, offering an effective solution for a high-traffic site.
