Biography
Caroline Clémensat - General Manager, Franciscaines de Deauville.
A lawyer by training, Caroline Clémensat has forged a rich, multi-dimensional career, guided by her sensitivity to strategy, project coordination and creativity.
Since 2002, she has actively contributed to the development of the City of Deauville, holding the position of Deputy General Manager. In this role, she oversees key sectors such as culture, education and events, demonstrating her ability to combine strategic vision with operational management.
Involved from the outset of the Franciscaines project in 2005, she has passionately supported this innovative project, which has transformed a former convent into a veritable cultural hub. Today, as General Manager of this unique space, she heads a team of 40 people, implementing an ambitious program combining museum, media library, performance and digital creation.
Throughout her career, Caroline Clémensat has worked to promote Deauville's ambition for accessible, lively culture, piloting structuring projects that enrich the area while cultivating its appeal.
