This year, we are focusing on user committees, where members come together to provide feedback on a wide range of cultural offerings and services. This scope includes everything from the accessibility chain and subscription options to the visitor journey, services, exhibition design, and even exhibition posters.
While it is essential to adapt a usercommittee to each venue's structure and priority topics, we will explore best practices by examining key success factors and areas of attention. These include governance, committee representativeness, a clear definition of the scope and expectations, meeting frequency and timing, and institutional communications.
