Westtoer, in collaboration with Lean Mean Learning Machine, is revolutionizing visitor satisfaction data collection with an innovative approach: a LEGO stork powered by artificial intelligence. The goal of the ""Talking Pictures project at the Zwin Nature Park"" project is to make the satisfaction survey not only interactive but also enjoyable and memorable. Instead of filling out a traditional questionnaire, visitors engage in a conversation with the stork, which asks them questions in a playful manner.
AI automatically analyzes the responses, checks their quality, and presents the results in a clear and visual format within the partner's digital environment. After a successful trial phase, the project was expanded to include a version more suited for children. This approach successfully captured the attention of younger visitors, making the survey much more engaging, with immediate and tangible results.
