The Château de Chantilly has integrated CRM at the heart of its strategy to better understand and attract new audiences. Facing a large number of anonymous visitors, the castle sought a solution to centralize and analyze contact data in order to identify and qualify its audiences. The goal was to build a solid contact database, segment and analyze this data, and tailor marketing communications based on visitor profiles.
At the end of 2023, the Château de Chantilly chose Arenametrix to strengthen this approach. The collaboration includes the acquisition of GuestViews, a solution that enriches the database in real time and personalizes the visitor experience through tailored scenarios. This automated system now provides a complete overview and optimal use of the collected data, with more targeted communication and an optimized visitor journey.
