Biography
I’ve worked for museums and exhibition projects like the Deutsches Museum, EXPO2000, and IBA Emscher Park at the Ruhr. Director of the LVR Industrial Museum since 2009, overseeing eight industrial heritage sites in the Rhineland. Since 2024 president of ERIH, a major network for industrial heritage tourism in Europe, certified also as a “Cultural Route of the Council of Europe”. ERIH is driven by a non profit organisation with nearly 400 members based in Meerbusch near Düsseldorf, Germany.
