Biography
Since 2025, Laetitia POUILLY has been General Secretary of the Culture and Management Club, a professional association for current and future cultural sector managers.
Specialized in audience insights and the enhancement of visitor experience in cultural sites, she notably served as Data and Visitor Experience Officer at the Musée d’Orsay and the Musée de l’Orangerie from 2020 to 2023.
She also teaches on topics related to experience design, strategy, and marketing applied to the cultural sector in several specialized masters programs. She is currently based in Marseille.
