Biography
Following my first professional experience as an architecture and heritage mediator and head of the city museum in Bar-le-Duc (Meuse) in 2004, I joined the National Heritage Institute in 2005. I have been a curator since 2006, first working for Architectural and City Heritage as a researcher and assistant to the Head of Department, and from 2012 as Head of Department in the 'Service de l'Inventaire du Patrimoine Alsace'. Since 2017, I have been the director of the Musée Alsacien in Strasbourg, as well as sitting on the board of directors of the French Federation of Ecomuseums and Social Museums.
My professional activity is guided by the belief that our institutions must play a social role and have an impact on their audiences, as well as on the local population.
