Sentomus is a European Museum audience research tool. It provides museums across Europe an accessible and scientifically grounded tool to survey their museum visitors and non-visitors.
Sentomus uses a European standard questionnaire, but it is very flexible: the survey is fully adapted to the context of each individual museum that participates in the study.
The results of your museum can be compared to benchmarks containing the results of over 250 museums that already participate in Sentomus.
