Biography
I work at the Musée de La Poste on cultural engineering missions, operating at the intersection of content, audiences, and teams. My role is to design, structure, and implement mediation and cultural engagement initiatives, bringing together programming, audience development, partnerships, and staff support.
I am involved in every stage of a project — from audience and needs analysis to format design, coordination of internal and external stakeholders, operational implementation, and finally evaluation and adjustment. This approach has led me to work in a wide range of contexts — from an open museum to renovation phases, off-site projects, and reopening — and to develop agile, sustainable responses tailored to both the constraints and ambitions of institutions.
My work is grounded in a strong conviction: cultural engineering is above all human engineering, built on team expertise, collaboration, and the ability to bring together content rigor, creative formats, and the realities of audiences.
