Biography
Marie Dumontier began her career as a translator specializing in audiovisual media. Since 2021, she has been working at Rencontres Audiovisuelles where she coordinates the activities of the Video Mapping European Center: the professional seminar IBSIC (350+ participants, 35 nationalities represented), training activities (a dozen training courses per year), residencies (a dozen artists welcomed each year), and research. She is passionate about inclusion, diversity, and ecology in the digital arts.
She is production and distribution manager for the immersive exhibition "Animalis Machina, Cococh Industry".
