Delegated management of shops and restaurants in public institutions is a widely adopted model. However, various legal frameworks exist—concessions, Temporary Occupation Authorizations (AOT), Public Service Delegations (DSP)—making it challenging to select the most suitable contractual arrangement and procedure for a specific project. This is especially critical within a legislative and case law framework that has evolved in recent years.
