Founded in 1888 in Gérardmer, in the Vosges region of France, Le Jacquard Français is a French Maison specialising in the design and manufacture of premium home linens. Awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label, it preserves exceptional textile expertise within its Vosges-based mill, from creative development and jacquard weaving to finishing.
Through its Bespoke & Special Projects offer, Le Jacquard Français works with museums, cultural institutions, heritage brands and tourism destinations to create exclusive, customised textile products. Bespoke patterns, adaptations of artworks or graphic identities, carefully selected materials, colours and finishes: each project is designed to express a distinctive identity, tell a story and create a product with strong perceived value.
With more than 135 years of expertise, the Maison combines outstanding mastery of design and colour with recognised French manufacturing know-how. It regularly collaborates with renowned designers, architects and institutions.
Le Jacquard Français is now looking to further develop these bespoke collaborations with museums, cultural venues and destination shops, creating products that are desirable, durable and rich in meaning.
