About us
Pilostrat Conseil is a consulting firm founded in April 2026 and based in Paris. It is dedicated to the information systems of venues open to the public such as museums, theatres, festivals, tourist sites and theme parks.
It covers ticketing, CRM, data, web and business-specific software, from the initial assessment to go-live, including requirements specification, public procurement management, recommendations on solution selection and implementation support.
Rémi Gros is its founder and has spent more than ten years in ticketing and more specifically in the cultural sector, working both for software vendors and inside a museum.
On the vendor side he worked for Ressources SI, Vivaticket and Vintia, where he supported clients such as the Eiffel Tower and managed rollout projects for the Cosquer Cave, the Cité de l'espace and the National Museum of Natural History in Paris.
On the venue side he was head of applications at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs where he led the overhaul of ticketing, CRM, donations and data.
He personally leads every engagement from scoping to go-live. Each institution therefore has a single point of contact who works closely with its teams. His recommendations serve only the institution's interests and his support continues through to operational results and not just to the deliverable.
