About us
Les Mignonnes are small-scale views of places, drawn, engraved and printed in Paris. Each place is depicted at four different moments — Dawn, Day, Dusk and Night — offering four atmospheres and four perspectives on the same heritage site.
Handcrafted using traditional intaglio printmaking techniques by artist and printmaker Gabrielle Roque, they are produced in limited, numbered editions. Their small format places them at the crossroads of illustration, fine craftsmanship and the souvenir of a place: an accessible work of art, easy to give as a gift and to take home. The collection has been awarded the “Fabriqué à Paris” (Made in Paris) label.
Through its "Parisian Views" collection, Les Mignonnes are available at the Maison du Label Fabriqué à Paris and Paris Boutique.
For museums and cultural venues, bespoke editions are created based on their architecture, collections or surroundings. Les Mignonnes notably collaborates with the Musée Marmottan Monet and the Musée départemental des peintres de Barbizon.
They offer an alternative to mass-produced souvenirs and reproductions: extending the experience of a place through an object that is itself a work of art.
The project is aimed at museums, monuments, heritage and cultural sites, as well as shops promoting French design and craftsmanship.
